By popular demand, The Carroll County Ramblers will be appearing at our festival again this year. We are looking forward to having them. Their band name has been around the Northeast and elsewhere for 50 years now. Tradition runs deep in this Maryland based traditional bluegrass band.
The Mail Pouch Express, the band that introduced the Lehigh Valey to Bluegrass, got its start in a pub in Schnecksville, a little town about 8 miles north of Allentown .
Edison native Mark Miklos has been writing songs from a very young age. A fan of Johnny Cash, Ralph Stanley, Sr., Waylon Jennings and especially Hank Williams, Sr., Mark has become known for his roots style country and bluegrass music. Mark's riveting voice blends a traditional singing style with the "high-lonsome" of bluegrass. Mark's modern song structures create a sound that respects the past yet, stays true to roots traditions. He has frequently been featured at Six Flags Great Adventure and music festivals throughout the Northeast.
A hard-driving traditional bluegrass band. They offer superb musicianship, hauntingly tight harmonies, traditional and contemperorary lead vocal styles, original material, humor, and history in every performance. And each member is as personable as they look.
Traditional hard-driving bluegrass, blazing instrumentals and Gospel.
Blades of Grass
Louie Setzer & the Appalachian Mt Boys.

Across The Tracks Bluegrass Band is based in Harford County, Maryland. The group has been playing bluegrass for nearly 9 years together and have grown quickly and honestly. Once they started playing together as a group it was an instant click. It was like they have been together for 20 years. The band says, "With a mix of new and old our sound is like no other."
